Open roles · Project 05

Three people we're looking for

All roles are full-time and permanent, with salary bands shared on the first call.

Senior Gameplay Programmer EngineeringMurcia · HybridFull-time

The job

You'll build the systems players touch directly on Project 05: movement, combat and camera. You'll own features from the first prototype to the final build, working side by side with design.

What you'll do

  • Prototype and ship core gameplay systems in Unity and C#.
  • Profile and optimise for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
  • Review code and help two mid-level programmers grow.

You'll fit if

  • You've shipped at least one game as a gameplay or systems programmer.
  • You care how a jump feels down to individual frames.
  • You write code that other people can read on a Friday afternoon.
Environment Artist ArtMurcia or remote (EU)Full-time

The job

You'll build the city of Project 05, from block-out to final art, inside a bold, graphic art direction that has to read well at speed.

What you'll do

  • Model and texture modular environment kits.
  • Work with level design from the very first grey box.
  • Keep scenes inside memory and draw-call budgets.

You'll fit if

  • Your portfolio shows finished, in-engine environments.
  • You've worked in a stylised or graphic art style before.
  • You're comfortable in Blender and Unity, or quick to learn them.
Level Designer DesignMurcia · HybridFull-time

The job

You'll design and build missions for Project 05 and put them in front of players every month at our studio playtests.

What you'll do

  • Block out levels and iterate on them using playtest data.
  • Script encounters and events in Unity.
  • Write level documents the whole team can work from.

You'll fit if

  • You have a shipped title, or a mod or portfolio level we can play.
  • You can explain why a level works, not only that it does.
  • You enjoy watching people get lost, and then fixing it.

To apply, send your CV and portfolio with the role in the subject line. No cover letter needed.
